University of Sfax
The University of Sfax is a university located in Sfax, Tunisia. It was founded in 1986 and is organized in 8 Faculties. The University of Sfax is a university based in Sfax (Tunisia).
It was founded in 1986 under the name University of the South and then covers all academic institutions in the South. It is divided into three universities, including the current University of Sfax, with the creation of the University of Gabes in 2003 and the University of Gafsa in 2004.
The University of Sfax had 43,473 in 2008-2009. The students were distributed between 21 higher education institutions, five research faculties, three colleges, twelve institutes, and a research center.

National Engineering School of Sfax
Founded in 1983 by the transformation law of the faculty of Sciences and techniques of Sfax (founded in 1975) into High School of National Engineering.
The high school of National Engineering of Sfax, had played a major role in the development of a scientific regional role made up of these institutions :
* Biotechnological center of sfax (CBS)
* Faculty of Sciences of Sfax (FSS)
* Preparatory institute to Engineering studies of Sfax (IPEIS)

Laboratory of Water, Energy and Environment
The laboratory is composed of more than 160 researchers among teachers and students piloted by a scientific committee that controls, values and orients the research works in an integrated and lasting development program. The laboratory staff also includes consultants and national and international experts.
The laboratory intervenes on the following themes: Management and investigation on water resources Eco-technologies and investigation of the effect of the human activities on the ecosystem Valorisation of useful materials Data bases and geological prospection Geodynamic of sedimentary bases Mission The laboratory’s main objective missions can be summurized as bellow: Research and development in the field of water, energy and environment
The laboratory considers:
* The Cooperation with the national and international academic and industrial institutions
* The Development of continuous trainings
* Involvement in the transfer of technology Organization of partnership actions

The elaboration of this project will be governed by an organization and installation of several working and research teams:
• Team 1: responsible for studying technical possibilities for reuse byproducts of the different WWTP studied as well as the study of their performance indicators.
• Team 2: responsible for the pedology study through farmland, scopes of practice of reuse and typological study of cultures and appropriate plants to be cultivated.
• Team 3: responsible to study the effect of irrigation onto olive tree and give comparison between some types of olives.
• Team 4: responsible for establishing the socio-economic survey which will be conducted on draft reuse and consider all the elements influencing this component.
